Extra-curricular activities play a vital role in the overall development of students. They complement academic learning and help students grow into confident, responsible, and well-balanced individuals.
Sports play an important and necessary role in our lives. It
is a great activity that gives us various benefits and helps
us with physical fitness too. It helps us to build our self-
esteem. It also motivates and improves concentration and
much more.
Our school is one of the best in sports. Students from our
school have played at District, State and National level
and won medals and trophies.
Yoga is regularly practiced by students in our school to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall discipline. Through yoga, students develop flexibility, strength, concentration, and stress management skills. It also helps in improving posture, breathing, and emotional balance. Regular yoga practice encourages a healthy lifestyle, enhances focus in academics, and instills values such as self-control and inner peace among students.
The school ground has Volleyball and Basketball courts. These games help students improve physical fitness, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship, contributing to their overall development.
